Product Description
The Hitachi-Sumitomo 800HLX is an 80-ton hydraulic crawler crane engineered for medium to heavy-duty lifting operations. Powered by a Cummins QSB 6.7 diesel engine, the crane delivers 201 kW (273 PS) at 2,000 rpm, complying with Tier 4 Final emissions standards. The engine’s 6.7-liter displacement ensures high efficiency and strong performance for both lifting and travel functions.

Boom & Configurations:
The crane offers flexible boom configurations, with a standard boom length ranging from 9.5 to 54.5 meters. In its auxiliary sheave-equipped configuration, the boom can extend from 9.5 to 48.5 meters, providing adaptability for different project needs. The boom hoist winch uses a 16 mm rope, allowing for a smooth lifting experience, while its maximum boom hoisting speed is 150 m/min.

Winches:
The 800HLX is equipped with powerful front and rear winches, both utilizing 26 mm ropes with a maximum speed of 210 m/min.
